What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how we protect it — in plain language.

Last updated: 2026

In short

  • You don't need an account or a form to browse this site.
  • We only take what you type into the proposal form.
  • We don't sell, rent or share data with advertising networks.
  • Analytics cookies run only if you accept them.

1. Data we collect

What you give us: name, company, email, phone, subject and message from the proposal form, plus anything you share by email or phone.

What is generated automatically: the date and time of the request, a country code and the page it came from. These exist to prevent abuse and to understand where requests originate. Your IP address may be held briefly in our hosting provider's security logs.

2. Purpose

We use your data only to reply to you, prepare a proposal, deliver the service if a contract follows, and meet legal obligations. We do not send newsletters or promotions without your consent.

3. Cookies

Beyond the cookies strictly required for the site to function, we use none. Analytics cookies load only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice; your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time on the Cookie Policy page.

4. Sharing

Data may be shared with our hosting and email infrastructure providers, with an analytics provider if you consent, and with competent authorities where legally required. Nothing else.

5. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Form data travels encrypted, and access is limited to team members who need it. Our infrastructure is patched, backed up and access-logged.

6. Retention and deletion

Proposal requests are kept for a maximum of 2 years; records that become contracts are kept for 10 years after the relationship ends. To have your data deleted sooner, write to [email protected].

7. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing and ask for a copy of your data. We respond within 30 days. Personal data of visitors in Türkiye is processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK); the binding Turkish notice is here.

8. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: [email protected] · +90 5XX XXX XX XX
