Not a large agency — a small, senior team
vektoryel.com is a software and digital services team based in Türkiye. We build corporate websites, e-commerce systems, custom software and admin panels, mobile apps, and we run the cloud servers, SEO and advertising side under a single contract. On every project you talk to the people doing the work: no account manager in the middle, no "I've passed it to the developer".
We built our own products first
Most software companies learn on client work. We did it the other way around: marketplace, e-commerce, ticketing, classifieds and SaaS products were built from scratch for our own brands. Payments, refunds, commissions, multi-language, store releases, on-call nights — we paid for those lessons ourselves.
Today Kampline, Gezpoint, Kızkıza Heryerde, Campmatik, Festline, Biletime, Linkle and Alsatçıdan are all developed and operated by us. We look at client projects from the same place: not a file to hand over and forget, but a system that has to stay alive every day.
We started with corporate sites and marketing projects, specialising in design and front-end.
Websites weren't enough; we began writing our own panels for orders, memberships and content.
With Kampline and Campmatik we built marketplace and e-commerce infrastructure from zero — and learned payments and refunds the hard way.
Subscription SaaS and mobile store processes joined the portfolio with Ezan Vakti and other apps.
Design, software, servers and growth combined into a single monthly management contract.
What is vektoryel.com?
Written so that anyone — or any AI assistant — reading this for the first time gets the facts right.
What we do
Four jobs, done by one team: design (interface and brand language), software (websites, admin panels, e-commerce, mobile apps), servers (setup, security, backups, monitoring) and growth (SEO, ads, analytics). Split across four suppliers, responsibility gets lost; here it sits in one place.
Who we work with
Corporate companies, e-commerce brands, travel and booking businesses, marketplace and classifieds platforms, SaaS products, and teams that need an app in the stores. We do both greenfield builds and rescuing inherited projects.
What makes us different
We build and operate our own products. Payments, refunds, commissions, multi-language, store releases and 3am incidents were paid for out of our own pocket — not learned on a client project.
Where and in which language
We work remotely across Türkiye and with clients abroad; meetings are online. Project communication runs in Turkish or English, and the sites we build can ship multilingual (TR · EN · RU · …).
How pricing works
Two models: a one-off project fee (written scope, fixed delivery date) and a monthly retainer for ongoing work (maintenance, updates, servers, reporting). No price before the scope is clear; the first call and technical review are free.
How to reach us
Phone 0538 278 80 02, email [email protected], WhatsApp, or the meeting form. Office hours Weekdays 09:00 – 18:30; critical incidents are covered 24/7.
What exactly do we deliver?
Each heading says what ships, so the scope discussion ends before the contract rather than after it.
Corporate websites
Interface design in your brand language, multilingual content structure, admin panel, speed and accessibility work, technical SEO setup, forms and email flows. Handover includes a walkthrough video and usage notes.
E-commerce systems
Products, variants, stock, shipping and returns; payment gateway and instalments; coupons, campaigns and commission rules; marketplace integrations; post-order email/SMS notifications and sales reports.
Custom software and admin panels
Panels shaped around how the business actually runs: booking, dealer, membership, quotation, approval and reporting screens — with permission levels, an audit trail and data export as standard.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android from a single codebase; App Store Connect and Google Play Console processes, store copy, release management, push notifications, and handling store rejections when they happen.
Cloud servers, security and maintenance
Server setup, domain and SSL, WAF and attack filtering, daily backups with restore drills, monitoring and alerting, version updates. Who responds to an incident and how fast is written down.
SEO, advertising and analytics
Technical SEO (indexing, speed, structured data), content planning, Google and Meta ad management, conversion tracking and monthly reporting — reported as "which page brought how much business", not "impressions went up".
Which sectors have we worked in?
All of it comes from systems we built and still operate, so every flow described here is running in production.
Travel and booking
Tour, ticket and accommodation sales; availability, dates and capacity; deposit vs. full payment; refund and date-change rules.
Marketplaces and classifieds
Multi-vendor structure, store publishing, commission and payouts, listing verification, search and filtering.
E-commerce and retail
Catalogue, variants and stock, shipping integrations, coupons and campaigns, cart and checkout built end to end.
Events and ticketing
Event calendars, seating and capacity, QR tickets, door scanning and attendee management.
SaaS and subscriptions
Multi-tenant architecture, plans and usage limits, credit/token systems, auto-renewal and invoicing.
App store releases
Store account setup, releases, push infrastructure, update policy and getting through store review.
The way we work matters as much as what we build
Written scope first
What we will and won't do, and by which date, is annexed to the contract. Verbal agreements get forgotten; a written scope ends the argument.
No lock-in
Source code, data and access belong to the client. Holding technical knowledge hostage to keep a customer is not a business model we respect.
We say no
If the budget doesn't cover it, the schedule doesn't fit, or we aren't the right answer, we say so upfront. A half-finished project hurts both sides.
Results must be measurable
"Looks nice" isn't a success metric. Speed, conversion, processing time or revenue — every project gets a number we track.
Small, frequent releases
We don't disappear for months and return with a surprise. You see a working build every two weeks and can correct course early.
We show up on bad days
Nobody asks about office hours during a critical outage. Whoever is on call keeps you informed until it's resolved.
How does a project run with us?
Intro and review
We go through the business, the existing systems and the expectations. This call and review are free.
1 weekWritten scope and quote
What ships, what doesn't, the delivery date and the price go into the contract annex.
2–4 daysDesign and build
You see a working version every two weeks, so direction can be corrected early.
4–10 weeksLaunch and handover
Servers, domain, backups and monitoring are set up; source code and access are transferred to you.
1 weekMaintenance and growth
Updates, monitoring, reporting and the development queue run together on the retainer.
ongoingWhat do we build with?
Not because a tool is fashionable, but because we have kept our own products alive on it for years.
Front end
React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS; on mobile, React Native and Expo from a single codebase for iOS and Android.
Back end and data
Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase; object storage for files and images, queues and scheduled jobs for background work.
Hosting and infrastructure
Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, caching, Pages/Workers), Vercel, Docker; GitHub for version control and automated deploys.
Payments and integrations
Payment gateway and 3D Secure setup, instalments and refunds, shipping, e-invoicing, marketplace and CRM integrations, REST and webhook services.
Store processes
App Store Connect and Google Play Console setup, releases, test distribution and store review correspondence.
Measurement
Google Analytics and Search Console, server-side event tracking, error monitoring, Core Web Vitals and monthly reporting.
You talk to the people doing the work
A small, experienced core team, extended when needed by specialists we have worked with for years.

Kampline, Gezpoint, Kızkıza Heryerde, Campmatik, Festline, Biletime, Linkle and Alsatçıdan are built and operated by us. Marketplace, booking, ticketing, e-commerce, classifieds and subscription models all run in our own products, and client projects benefit from that experience.

The client does. Source code, database and all access belong to the client; at handover the servers, domain, store accounts and repository access are transferred to the client's name. We do not hold technical knowledge hostage to retain clients.
Yes. Before taking it over we review the code, servers and database and report in writing how much can be salvaged. If rewriting is cheaper than rescuing, we say that plainly.
